Estelle Spano – Health and Mindset Coach for Mothers and Founder of The Mumma Hub
Estelle has created The Mumma Hub to be a space for Mothers to step into their power and be the WOMAN and the Mother they have always wanted to be.
She is Certified Holistic Health and Mindset Coach, having also studied Nutrition, who is inspired by all things health and balance. She is a mum to a little girl Scarlett and through her journey of Motherhood and all the ups and downs that come with it she found her passion of Supporting Mothers. Estelle is a Self Care Advocate determined to help make self-care and self-love second nature through Speaking at Workshops and events to coaching one on one with Mothers to transform their lives.
Renata Popis – Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist, Practical Social Psychology Graduate and creator of Shape of harmony.
Renata has been working with body awareness and mindful attitude using yoga, meditation, dance and massage as tools for over a decade now. She believes that these techniques can help us to rediscover a peaceful and joyful place within us.
Through Shape of harmony she offers a soulful practice to regain the holistic balance of body, emotions and mind, release hidden tentions and experience a much greater feeling of happiness and fulfilment.
